PLACING AN ORDER
Orders will be accepted via our Dealers Listed on the website
All orders accepted by us shall be subject to these terms and conditions.
- When you place an order, an order acknowledgment email will be sent
- On 100% of payment, you will receive a confirmation email, and your order will be processed (Invoice will include Shipping charges as well)
- On dispatch, you will receive an email with Shipping Details
Orders: MOQ will vary for each item listed on site.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
- • The Product delivery would happen based on the estimated time frame stated during the Placement / Confirmation of Order
- • Packages should be inspected for damage before acceptance. If the package is damaged on arrival, then sign for the package as ‘damaged upon delivery’. (Take photographs of the parcel before opening, as evidence of the damage)
- • You should inspect the delivery for conformity and report any discrepancies/shortages to us within 3 working days after delivery
TAX CHARGES, CUSTOMS AND DUTY
- For orders delivered within India 18% GST is charged – this is additional to the price displayed on the products and the Shipping Charges
- For orders delivered Outside India – Country wise Taxes will be applicable. Import Duties plus Customs clearance charges if any will be applicable – this is additional to the price displayed on the products and will have to be born by purchase
CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellation can be done within 48 Hours from the time of placement of order unless the order has been dispatched – this is for “In Stock” items
- Cancellation is not accepted once the processing of products has begun – “Made to Order” products
Warranty
- Sharang Bow is covered from all manufacturer defects on the riser, limbs, cams and cable guard system for the period of 1 year to the original owner – Ownership not transferable
- The Owner must Register the Bow with the authorized dealer on purchase for any warranty claims
- All Claims will be processed through the Dealer
- All warranty claims will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
- Issues not covered under warranty are
- Fair wear and tear
- Chips, scratches or dents
- Stripped threads
- Rounded or broken screw heads
